Samira Bergaoui, at Omifer, is our Front Desk Coordinator, plays a critical role in managing our reception area. Samira is the face of our company and the first point of contact for anyone visiting or contacting us. Her duties include answering phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, managing the reception area, and coordinating some operations. Samira is responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming environment at our reception area and ensuring that our visitors have a positive experience. In addition, Samira also assists with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar. We are fortunate to have Samira as a key member of our team, and her exceptional organizational skills, friendly demeanor, and professionalism make her an integral part of our company culture.
